Description Pre-expander is the first process of EPS products and is the heat and steam process of beads. Since the density of pre-expanded beads is to decide final products weight and the status of expanded beads is critical to the final products foaming and the properties, It is very critical to choose the right pre-expander. Features 1. Steam Line reducing valve 1 and 2 are installed and an operator can regulate the steam 0.***0.4kg/cm2 inside the vessel; therefore, can minimize the density variation. 2. With the touch screen, you can scale the exact amount of raw material by setting a zero. 3. With heaters(*5, **0kcal) installed in the dryer fan and the raw material transfer fan, beads are transferred to silo with hot air, resulting in reduced in aging time and good quality beads. 4. The external steam line in the body(on surface of vessel) enables the body to keep the inside temp. *0oC , to help it shorten pre-expanding time and also to help beads pre-expand evenly. 5. Being applied with an air heating system, it prevents the beads from being distorted and piling under the discharging door and also minimizes temperature drops of the vessel inside. 6. When there is a blackout, the steam- cutoff and air-inflow into the vessel is done automatically, which prevents the beads on pre-expanding from coagulating. 7. During the high pre-expanding, the built-in temperature control device puts air inside the vessel and regulates the temperature inside and which results in reduced in blocking and high quality expanded beads. 8. By upgrading beads transfer from existing hopper load to screw transfer, it reducesnoise and dust flying off. 9. When the silo is full, the built-in levels switch in the dryer cuts off beads inflow to the silo and prevents the beads from coagulating inside the dryer. *0.
