Whole evaporated milk is **0% pure cow milk, which has been concentrated by evaporation and then sterilized. It has been pasteurized, homogenized, and supplemented by Vitamins A and D. The can is made of tinplate designed in compliance with health standards.   Suggestions Evaporated Milk is a complete replacement for fresh milk when mixed with an equal part water.
