The base unit of the MODIKO construction consists of a ***0x***0 mm module. The designer works on the reticular mesh formed by standard modular units to create different architectural solutions. Based on the modular concept, the development of the building is carried out without the restrictions we find in the traditional modular construction, as it allows total creative freedom and meets clients’ requirements. As such, it is a customized architectural project. Special qualities of the PERFLEX structural profile provides for this possibility. The modular concept of construction reduces construction costs by optimizing the production of materials, reducing construction time and rationalizing resources used.
