Product Description

"Olives of Peace" is a product of peace-seeking Palestinian and Israeli growers, who cooperate in the manufacture of high quality olive oil. Each bottle contains a blend of cold pressed extra-virgin olive oil, produced in both countries by Israeli and Palestinian members of the project, and bottled by leading Palestinian and Israeli manufacturers. Olives are picked at the appropriate ripening stage in order to achieve the best taste and aroma. Milling takes place a few hours after harvesting. The government of Japan, generously supports this joint project of olive oil producers located in Israel and Palestine.
