Product Description

Every once in a while you find an actually unique name for a product. I mean really at this point it is getting hard to come up with something new. Most energy products have the same ingredients and flavors. So the only thing to get you to stand out in the crowded is the name and or design of packaging. Really how has this idea not came about already.

Packaging: Ok so this thing definitely has a familiar social network look and coloring. It is going to catch your attention easily. To top things off they go with a different type of bottle(2.5 oz) than your typical shot. That also helps get some attention at the crowded counter. It is uncluttered and that works great for this shot. I like that the flavor is also listed on the front. Grade B

Slogan: “It gives you social energy” is their slogan and it works ok. I think it fits with the target market. Grade C+

Taste: So twisting off the lid I am met with a very nice fruity scent. It does not smell medicinal like some shots. I pour some in a cup and it comes out a pale pink color. Taking a sip I get a really nice and sweet mixed fruit. The individual fruit flavors themselves are hard to pick out but it is a nice tropical fruit blend. There is no bitterness or aftertaste. Really they have done a nice job here and this is very pleasant for a shot. Grade B

Kick/Ingredients: I am not going to lie. I was not expecting much in the kick department. I was wrong though. It hit me in the usual *5 minutes. I got a really nice burst of energy. Now I did my best to use this as it was meant to be used. I got online checked my newsfeed, updated my status, chatted with some friends. Really though I had more energy than that though. I found myself actually getting out of the house and socializing with real people! Yes I had plenty of energy to get moving about and I was in a great mood. I had a good dose of energy like this for a good 4 hours with no real crash. This social energy if delivered by a very respectable **0 mg of caffeine, Taurine, Guarana, green tea, and big doses of B*2 along with **0% dv of vitamin C. You get all that along with 3 calories , 1 gram of carbs, and no sugar. It is sweetened with sucralose. Nice job. Grade B

Web Presence: The site at drinkfacedrink is ok. It gets the job done and provides some info. Of course they also have a Facebook, a Twitter, and a blog. All together it adds up to a grade of C+

Ok so this was a very cool idea for packaging and labeling. But then they made it a great shot as well. It really taste good and it provides enough energy to do some actual socializing. I am talking getting up off your rear and actually talking to real people. Be it at work or out in the real world you will have the energy to maybe find a real friend. If you are still not convinced then at least you will have a ton of energy to kick butt in Mafiwars and you can farm like a mofo on Farmland. So introverted recluse or social butterfly this shot can help one and all.
