        A Factory Audit is used to assess if your potential Seller is a real company who has the capabilities, experience and quality control methods to produce and deliver the goods you wish to buy in a timely manner and efficient manner.
        The Factory Audit comprises of visiting the Seller and conducting an inspection in the following areas:
1         Background Information  which would be used for a Purchase Contract
2         Quality Controls Procedures and Responsibilities  What are the sellers procedures to ensuring the quality is maintained even after the product has been purchased.
3         New Part Manufacturing Procedures  What are the sellers practices and procedures to production of new products.
4         Product Testing  What is the Sellers commitment and procedures to getting the product tested.
5         Consumer Complaints  What are the sellers practices and procedures to any consumer complaints.
6         Product Failure Responsibilities  What support and commitment will the seller make in the event of Product Failure
7         On Time Delivery  What are the Sellers practices and procedures to ensure that the product is manufactured and delivered on time
8         Factory Licence Information  This will also be confirmed with the issuing body
9         Certifications  This will be confirmed with the issuing body.
