Performance and purpose
This product is applicable to add or adjust the aluminium in the silicon (Si) content of the element to replace the Al-Si alloy. This product contains silicon more than *5% .can dissolve in normal temperature .directly add to melt melting speed easy to use,the real yield of silicon is more than *0%.

Directions and Purpose
Adjust the temperature of molten aluminium between**0℃***0℃.skim of the dross on the surface of molten aluminium

Put Sx**5Si press with a Bell,mix the melt equally for **3minutes.Stir until they are melting and add ,repeat until they meet your requirements(can produce *0%Al-Si alloys）。If the silicon inclusion is less than 2% in the AL-Si alloy ,it can be added for just one time .The adding Silicon processing is decalescence reaction ,so you have to keep the temperature above **0℃.
