The three platforms I work with via through my connections sit directly with the sellers of each product (JP*4, D2, Mazut, & Crude), who is the representative. - My connections are very knowledgeable and are available to speak with the buyer or buyer’s rep once we have papered up. These platforms own the fuel, have an equity interest, or can place your buyer direct to the refinery that will best provide the fuel for that particular requirement. We have information that we can send for your buyer to complete along with the procedures which are quite simple and most buyers find that are most agreeable. All this is contingent on your requirements. Once we understand what the requests are, we will then send an LOR for your buyer to fill out as well as a Corporate Profile should be attached by the buyer on their company letterhead for procedure purposes. I want to reiterate several points below: 1. I would have to be on the buyer’s side. 2. There are no such positions as Mandates or Intermediaries if you will in Primary Markets. 3. This is not a Secondary Market. 4. You must be willing to allow me to help expedite the process unless you are the buyer, period. 5. This is via Contract only, seldom Spots may be available but at this time none exist.
