Automatic filling and capping monobloc PHARMLine is designed for filling of liquids and creams in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Bottles of different sizes and shapes can be processed on the machine. Screw caps, press-on caps and pilfer-proof caps can be applied on the machine. 

• The liquid is dosed by peristaltic pumps or gear pumps.
• The caps are oriented by vibrating adjusting devices made of polished stainless steel. A servodrive is used for the capping head, which guarantees repeatability and preciseness of the torque.
• All values such as e.g. filling speed, torque and filling volume can be set on the touch screen.
• The machine is supplied with all necessary documentation for the pharmaceutical industry, including installation and operational qualifications.
• All stainless steel parts that comes into contact with product are made of AISI **6 L stainless steel.
• Top quality components are used, such as Siemens and Lenze PLC, Festo pneumatics, Flexicon peristaltic pumps and Alfa Laval gear pumps.
