After dropping dryer and reversal, bottle is conveyed into the filler by star wheel. Filling valves come down to seal the bottle stomata and filling is beginning. When the liquid level reach to the air return pipe, filling valves begin to return liquid to the filling tank, and then filling valves put up, close valves and take off bottle. Through the tidying caps, conveying caps and dialing system, caps are conveyed into the exact station. Capping head snatch at caps from the cap slide and then screw caps. After capping, the finished bottle is conveyed into the conveyor and the whole filling stage is end. Because of the **0 class cleaning, the whole rinsing, filling, capping finish in the aseptic air in order to ensure the quality of products. The finished bottle is conveyed into the plate collecting bottles through the conveyor, and then begin to shrink label, ink jet printer, packer and put into warehouse.
