CorroCell^® **0M is inorganic hybrid sol made of colloidal metal oxides and specially designed fine to nano-fillers. Products colors include Black, Silver, Grey, Red, Blue, Brown and limited customs colors

Features of highly hydrophobic, fire proof, staining resistance, abrasion resistance, and easy clean

-         Ambient cure, and forced cure conditions

-        Low toxicity (contains no heavy metal elementsd fruit  odour)

-       Strong pencil hardness (~8H on metal substrates)

-       Strong adhesions to metals and glass

-       High temperature tolerance (the coatings adhesion remains in excess **0 ºC.

-      Enhanced appearance and color variety.

-     Effective corrosion resistance (5 % salt spray **0 hrs no rusty spots contrast over night rusty for the bare metals )

Applications

CorroCell **0M is mainly designed and developed for metal surface protection against wear and corrosion in high temperature and corrosive environment. It is particularly suitable for and has been designed for motor vehicle exhaust systems.   The product system includes CorroCell **0 M-B (base coat), CorroCell **0M-S [ surface coatings], and CorroCell Clear as top coat (optional), the choices of the system depend on the application environment, protected substrate materials, and applications

The topcoat is to reinforce the properties, such as surface aesthetic, abrasion resistance, and easy cleaning functions
