Application
This machine is appllicable to process various grades of raw cotton or polyester with length less than *6mm, and it’s the last process in the blow room line. This machine can suck raw cotton into the conveying passages through powerless condenser, futher open smaller materials after beater’s opening and carding of them, remove dusts and short fibers through stripper bar and dust cages, and then convey materials to the next machine through air flow.

Design four roller gripping feeding, one pair of steel-plastic rollers up and one pair of steel rollers down, good opening efficiency and not easy to form neps.
