The cleaning and maintenance operations are very simple. All the principal movements are controlled by Programmable Logic Control(PLC) Washing station: Trough the washing station containers will be held, turned upside down and centered above water nozzles, from where water will be pushed inside the bottles to be cleaned. Once cleaning operation is complete, bottles will be returned back to be conveyed. Filling Station: Here the containers are being filled with product through non-dripping nozzles. This operation is time based as the volume discharged can be adjusted through increasing or decreasing the filling time. Capping Station: Cap sorter through channel, at the second station the cap will be closed by magnetic friction screw head. Thanks to the sophisticated magnetic friction head, the cap closing does not depend on any mechanical action or surface friction to control the twist, thereby guaranteeing unlimited duration. The twisting force can be adjusted from outside head without having to remove any parts. The automatic index motion achieved by special indexing drive with modified motion law, which guarantees precise repeatable index motion as well as smooth and shock free movement besides self looking in dwell and zero backlashes.
