Function:
1.Insert thermal barrier strip into aluminum profile.
2.Adopting four special gear wheels and using the guiding slot improves the accuracy of feeding thermal barrier strip in slot of aluminum profile.

1.Special equipment manufactured for thermal barrier aluminum profile. Crimping of
aluminum profiles for thermal break at the dedicated section to obtain a thermal break profile uses 6 pairs rolling - discs.It is used to press and fasten the profile with thermal barrier strips.
2.Adopts three sets of roller to roll the combination of strip and aluminum profile tightly.
1st unit: guiding and pre-crimping
2nd unit: main crimping force applied
3rd unit: crimping and correction (horizontally and vertically)

Values of pressure and horizontal width of three sets (six pairs or *2 pieces) rolling-discs,vertical height of 4 upper “Vulkollan”-surfaced horizontal rollers, the whole vertical height ofthree sets (six pairs or *2 pieces) rolling-discs and rotating speed of the motor is showedclearly on the color touch screen. Create a file with the same name of the processing profile according to edit and store the five values. Find out the file from menu ＂product library＂when processing the same profile, adjust the five equipment parts to the place by computer at the same time, which is more convenient and efficient in processing various aluminum
profiles.
