Characteristics of products:

   The "taper shape"rollers make their ends rounding linear speed consistent with flat die, so it avoids dislocated friction which maybe created between rollers and die. In this way, it can reduce friction and save much energy comsumption, lengthen die and rollers life.

  We adopt pressure adjusting systems by hydraulic pump or controlling center vertical shaft as well as its assistant adjusting equipments. In this way, it can adjust pressure between rollers and flat die to different pressure ratio materials, ensuring the pellet density.

  Body of rollers are large and groove is broad.

  Rollers are smoothly when working, its big body and unique design increase pressing place, increasing production efficiency.

   Machine  adopts high pressure filtration and lubricating systems.

SKJ series pellet mills are produced by  special technoloies, the made fuel pellets have big density power. The pellet specifications can be adjusted at  will throughchaning die.  

The made feed pellets have smooth surface, suitable density and higher curing degree. The machine can make starch pasting, protein coagulating or denatruting, and inprove the nutrional quelity of feed pellets easy to digest and absorb, meanwhile kill the pathogenic germ and parasite.

Through the adjustment of die reduction ratio the fertilizer pellets can make the temperature high intantaneously during machine working, reach the standard of low temperature making pellets, soc can make the oganic fertilizer, bio-fertilizen and compound fertilizer.
