Heavy duty net weigh bagger capable of producing up to *2 bags/minute (depending on type of weighing hopper).  The DCS-CZD series open mouth bagger is capable of handling a variety of free flowing, and semi-free flowing hard materials such as powders, metals, rocks, flakes and granules.

Operating Principles 



The operator places the bag on the spout.  Product enters into packing machine's buffer hopper, then processed through a variable frequency vibrating feeder controller. The feeder sends the product into the weighing hopper. A sensor measures the weight of the product and shuts off the feeder once the target weight is reached. The flow of product changes from fast to slow as bag is filled, with dribble fill at the end. Then the weighing hopper discharges, and the product drop down through a transmission hopper and a spout into the bag. The clamping bag device opens to release the bag. The filled bag is ready to be removed. The bag can then be placed for sealing in the optional sealing machine. The machine is ready for the next weighing cycle.
