Fluid is injected by this machine as is shown on the photo and fluid membrane is formed between the product and roller while heavy material or product is transferred to minimize marking or scratch. Fluid is generated on the surface of a roller to prevent foreign material from being stuck onto a roller. Even when foreign material adheres, this machine can prevent continuous marking.

Application
 

1. This machine is designed to minimize production of low quality steel plate by marking, scratch or adherence of foreign material which takes place at the steel plate while it is transferred at CGL(Continuous Galvanizing Line) of a steel mill 2. As the transferring steel plate is very hot in some case, the roller touching such plate is deteriorated by heat. This machine prevents the roller from being damaged by foreign material such as water, acid or alkali fluid. 3. Foreign material adhered to the roller during transfer sticks again to the steel plate touching the roller, which causes low quality continuously. Fluid injected by this fluid blowing roller does not cause continuous low quality even when marking occurs to the steel plate by such foreign material and productivity is enhanced.
