The core program solves the non-isothermal solid mechanics constitutive equations specifically for the individual phases of the thermoforming process:

• Sheet reheating
• Sheet formation
• Part solidification and warpage

Pre-processor is an interactive user-friendly interface which guides the user through the of key process parameters. Input is accomplished by simply entering processing conditions and material properties. Alternatively, material properties can be loaded from a database.
