Description
Being
leading product of our company, the main technical specification of
foundry / casting crane was drafted according to detailed
requirements of many steel plants in the mainland and around world.
High working speed of main lifting mechanism is suitable for hot
loading and hot transforming to improve work efficiency. Stator
variable voltage speed control or frequency speed control can keep
the speed within 1~*0m/min or other speed, to be quick moving and
precision location.

maintenance and so on.
Crane Type
Types
of foundry / casting crane include double girder double rail type,
double girder four rail type, four girder four rail type and four
girder six rail type. Where double girder double rail and four
girder four rail type were mainly used for those of small lifting
capacity (below *5t), and the four girder six rail type mainly
applicable for those of large lifting capacity
(*5t~**0t).
Type of Arrangement for Main
Lifting Mechanism
There
are 4 types of arrangement for main lifting mechanism according to
lifting capacity and mechanism arrangement as double reducer type,
large reducer type, 3 reducer type (common) and planetary reducer
type.
Wheel Arrangement of
Traveling Mechanism
Central arrangement of wheel, which is suitable
for the crane with lifting height is not strictly required.
Disperse arrangement of wheel, which is applicable for the crane
with lifting height is required strictly.

Main Technical
Specification

Lifting capacity ranged from 5t to **0t.
- The
span (from rail-center to rail-center) ranged from *5m to
*0m.

Lifting speed is of variable speed (like
1.*8~*2.8m/min).

Lifting height can be *8m or as required.

Trolley traversing speed is depending on the SWL of the crane or
the real requirements.

Traveling speed of the crane can be designed according to
customer’s requirements

Controlled by operator cabin with high-temperature proof
cover.
- The
working duty is A6~A8.

Power source for double girder overhead crane is the one of your
local power. So, please let me know it when you send your
RFQ.
Material for Crane
Construct
-
Material for general crane construct is Q**5B, which should be
changed into Q**5B when the limit temperature is below **0
centigrade.

Material for crane wheel is *2 CrMo.
-
Portal hook for ladle is forged one.
- The
steel rope is flexible one or customer’s required.
Component Used on
Crane
-
Electric motor is well-known one in China, like Jiamusi or other
international one like ABB, SEW and so on as customer’s
requirement.
- Such
important electric components as breaker, contactor, and fuse are
of Schneider, Siemens and so on.

Other ones can be followed according to our customer’s
requirement.
Design
Standard
JB/T***8.******9 or equivalent international
ones
Package
- Main
girder and end carriage covered by rain-proof clothes (package can
be seen in picture).

Other components like electric motor, electric hoist, cable and so
on in wooden box.
- Pipe
pieces like handrail, ladders are bundled and coat with yellow oil
for transportation.
- Some
other package methods which will benefit our product will also be
appreciated.

Delivery time for the crane can be negotiated according to site
requirements and our workshop scheme.
Shipment

Dispatch port can be Shanghai Port, Tianjin Port or some other
China port suitable for loading of such equipment.
- Bulk

appointed by our customer is also appreciated.
