Principle Description

• Four stations are distributed by *0 degree on the revolution disc. Revolution motor rotates *0 degree each time to bring the work-piece to the gluing nozzle. Auto-rotation motor drives work-piece rotating in average speed to achieve evenly glue coating.

• Four work stations in cycle, the designed capacity is ***0~***0pcs/h;
• Equipped work piece detector to decide gluing or skip;
• Gluing track can be set as full circle, single point or segmented arc etc.
• Working mode can be four-station or two-station;
• It is easy to learn and operate with touch screen and s, for different glue with different settings ensure the best performance;
