Fried noodle production line largely consists of: Air Conveying, Mixer, Maturing device, Rolling machine, Steaming machine, Cutting device, Fryer, Seasoning-adding device, Cooling machine and Conveyor.
  1. Air Conveying
Air Conveying system conveys the ingredients from the material room to the temporary storage through stainless steel pipes, by high pressure positive blower supplying power, the temporary storage comes complete with a weight metering device. That Air Conveying works in conjunction with weight metering device, guarantees material-supplying works constantly and automatically, decreasing the quantity of staff and the intensity of labor. The system increases the efficiency significantly and supplies the following parts with reliable ingredients.
  1. Mixer
Mixer system largely comprises Brine Mixer, Ration Providing device, and dough mixers. Dough mixer has two categories: Continuous Dough mixer and Dual-speed Dough mixer. Brine Mixer stirs the liquid evenly, Ration Providing device is a connecting part between the Brine Mixer and dough mixer, it guarantees the Brine Mixer supplies the dough mixer with liquid automatically. Continuous Dough mixer blends the liquid and ingredient together, and mixes them evenly in the pot, supplying the following part with dough constantlyContinuous Dough mixer avoids cleaning the pot, decreases the intensity of labor. Dual-speed Dough mixers work in conjunction with weight metering device, every production line is basically equipped with two Dual-speed Dough mixers, and Dual-speed Dough mixers take turns working. Dual-speed Dough mixers blend ingredient and liquid at a low speed at the beginningafter several minutes, dough mixer speeds up automatically at a relatively higher speed, making sure the dough is blended fully, preventing the dough from being overheated and jeopardizing the quality of dough.
  1. Maturing device and Rolling machine
Maturing device and rolling machine are the following parts. It takes fifteen to twenty minutes for the dough to matureage),the quality of the dough gets optimized, becoming more pliable and elastic. The dough crosses the rolling machine and gets rolled out, the thickness of the dough sheet becomes thinner and thinner by crossing the clearances of rollers, whose surfaces are covered with composite metal. The composite metal has exceptional rigidity, and is anticorrosive. Reasonable design, quality materials, and fine workmanship are the criterion to evaluate the rolling machine. Reasonable design guarantees the machine gives full scope to the performance of rolling machine; quality materials and fine workmanship guarantee the reliability and durability of the machine.
  1. Steaming machine
Steaming machine is basically divided into two categoriesthey are single layer steaming machine and multiple layer steaming machine. This configuration is different depending on plants with different measurements. The length of multiple layer steaming machine is shorter. Both of them are made of **4 stainless steel, involving net belt, shelf, and shield. Steaming machine comes complete with automatic up-and-down device, it makes cleaning easily. Under the normal condition, steaming machine adopts water to seal the steamer, preventing the thermal energy from going out. It takes approximately two minutes to steam the noodle. (Thickness and ingredient dictate the duration).
  1. Cutting device
Cutting device largely comprises two typesBlock and Round, being used for manufacturing different shapes of products.
  The density of wave is adjustable, central control adjusts the weight of product without switching off. The noodle after cutting device falls into the boxes automatically, the measurement of box is customized according to the needs of clients. Cutting device and boxing device are made of stainless steel. Cutting device and boxing are the key components of the production line, these two devices impact the shape of instant noodle significantly. 
  1. Fryer
Fryer comprises pot, storage tank, heat exchanger, and strainer. The consistency of oil content and the accuracy of temperature of oil are the key in operation. The duration and speed of noodle in fryer are controlled automatically by central control. Meanwhile, central control shows the real time temperature of oil, and motivates machine refill the oil automatically. Strainer sifts the impurity out by oil circulating inside. Automatic up-and-down device make cleaning easily.
  1. Seasoning-adding device and Cooling machine
Seasoning-adding device and cooling machine are the following parts of fryer. Mostly, seasoning-adding device is applied to crispy noodle production line, the configuration is customized according to the needsseasoning includes liquid or solid. Cooling machine cools off the temperature of instant noodle, relatively low temperature prevents the finished products from going bad. Reasonable design and top quality materials of cooling machine guarantee the temperature of finished products cools down evenly and rapidly.
