Buyer make arrangement an inspection in seller factory either by SGS or their own inspector before shipment for quality

insurance. Seller responsibility for quality and quantity in finding clean report by Inspection. Seller will not entertain any

responsibility after the goods find in SGS clean report good and sound condition from factory.
