Product Description

Natural puree mango must be from varieties such as Kent, Tommy and Keit. The color ranging from orange to yellow, free from artificial colors, flavors and preservatives packed in plastic inner bag,in plastic white pails and individually labeled.                                                                     

Uses: As a raw material for other process.

Allergen, sensitive or presence of GMOs: Absence.

The process, packaging and storage of the finished product meet the required standards for Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure product safety trial.

   SENSITIVITY CHARACTER:

Color: From orange to yellow, typical of ripened mangoes.

Odor: Typical of mango.

Appearance: Puree.

Primary:Food-grade polyethylene bag in contrasting color with the color of the fruit closed manually. No transparent plastic bag is allowed.

Secondary: In white plastic pails, free of foreign material.
 

STORAGE CONDITIONS:

Maintain at storage a temperature of 0° F (**8° C).

TRANSPORT CONDITIONS:

Transportation must come in a sanitary condition, clean and free of any foreign material.

 PREFERENTIAL CONSUMTION:

Two years from the date of manufacture.

QUALITY CERTIFICATE:

Every product has a Quality Certificated that contains the physicochemical, sensory characteristics and microbiological results; it specifies the total number of lots shipped and the number of packages of each.
