  LRGF Series Washing, Filling and Capping three-in-one Unit This series of machine integrate washing, filling and capping into one unit, suitable for produce all kinds of juice or tea drink. It just needs to replace a few spare parts to change into a mineral water/pure water production machine. The capacity can range from ***0 to ****0 bottles per hour. The advanced micro-negative pressure filling technology is used in this machine to make quick, steady and accurate filling. The entire CIP circumfluence pipe makes sure rinsing effect. With well designed material backflow system, it can also backflow gas separately, without osculatory air, reduce second time pollution and oxidation. This machine can meet all technique requirements for hot drink filling below 95℃.All filling valves and beverage conducting pipes can be cleaned, and the automatic washing interface CIP is designed in the machine. Before capping, the RO water washing device is used to wash the bottle mouth to keep mould away from the bottle mouth. Magnetic torque is used for screw capping; the power of screw capping can be adjusted steplessly. It can use constant power to screw capping the plastic caps. It adopts touch-screen human machine interface, most advanced PLC control and frequency changer control. The cap feeding system can be controlled automatically; the filling temperature can be detected automatically: alarm of over heat, the filling will be stopped when the beverage temperature is too low and the beverage will flow back. When no bottles or caps available, the machine will be in waiting state, no caps available, the machine will stop automatically.

DP Series bottle inverse sterilize machine

It is mainly used after hot filling fruit juice and tea in PET bottle to sterilize PET bottles mouth and inside surface of caps, which haven’t been disinfected by high temperature. It mainly consists of chief conveying chain system, frame, and bottle reversing chain system. It can automatically reverse and sterilization and reposition. It uses inner thermal medium to disinfect bottle mouth and caps without any other outer heat source, so it can save energy. The machine is fully made of SUS**4 stainless steel, elegant in appearance and more convenient in operation.
