Function of Paper Feeder:

1: Front type of light alloy aluminium vacuum adsorption paper feeding structure with a few sets of rolling bearing, machine running more smoothly.

2: At the place of left, right dam-board and back dam-board has computer and electric digital control, the side of dam-board possess of air operated exhaust.

3: Consecutive and interval paper feeding, infrared photoelectricity counting, main lock and hairbrush dedusting structure.

Function of Printer:

Function of Die-cutting (without Template):

1: To produce a normal carton by die-cutting type. Also can be installed template to make irregular carton. The completed carton is more beautiful.

2: Die-cutting rule phase position under the control of computerization and electric digital.

3: computerization and electric digital control of die-cutting rule level movement, control range is ±5mm. 

4: Rubber die-cutting anvil cushion roller synchronous tracking, after the diameter of restored Anvil cushion roller to computer, servo system will refined calculation automatically and follow the printing speed, to ensure the edge of die-cutting keep speed with anvil cushion roller, and make the formation nice and sizes uniform, Never damage die cutting plate, no matter how the diameter of anvil cushion roller is changing. Using big and small roller design for up and down roller of die cutting to assure that the anvil cushion and cutting die shift automatically on every circle, it won’t cut in upper knife position and greatly prolong the service life of Anvil cushion roller. Besides, repaired Anvil cushion roller can be re-used for several times, and save much costs.

5: Rubber mat roller machine cam type lateral ±*5mmshifting unit can increase the life span of die-cutting rubber mat.

Function of stacker:

1: Paper arm can be manually or electrically operated, it has safely structure to avoid paper arm fall down suddenly, and to ensure that the operator safety. 

2：Machine table drived by strong lift chain.

3: It can stack up to***0mm.

4: Machine table follow the car board stack height and automatically adjust tilt height, lifting motor and brake function, so that the table may keep a fixed position and will not letting down.

5: Air pressure type lift paper structure. As cardboard stack up to preset height, the cardboard supporting plate will automatically open and sub-plate carry the cardboard.  

6: Use wrinkle belt to avoid the car board decline.
