What's dry mortar?

Earlier mortars were produced by masons or plasterers directly at the building site.

This method could not provide for the constant quality of mortars.

To guarantee the constant quality, dry mortars are nowadays factory produced and pre-mixed, and delivered to the building site in bags and silos.

After mixing with water directly at the building site, dry mortars are immediately ready to use.

Full automatic dry mortar production line Dry mortar is carefully proportioned blend of high quality materials including cement, lime, gypsum, well-graded dry sand and selected admixtures, such as polymer powder, cellulose ether, pigment and related additives.

Full automatic dry mortar production line It's produced in the factory and delivered to site in small bag, jumbo bag or a silo complete with mixing equipment. Dry mortar production line Mixer 

The mixer type is resulted in the raw material characters. If you will use lightweight aggregate, such as perlite, it's better to choose ribbon type mixer, if you want to produce dry concrete, it's better to choose paddle mixer, it has wearable liner plate inside. For normal material, you can choose paddle mixer or colter mixer.
