Product Description

l The line consists of a pre-heating platform and an automatic remove equipment, automatic transmission by chain-type feeder. 
l Pre-heating platform adopts top and bottom large-area infrared heating elements, special carbon fiber heating tube, and hot air along with them.  There are three heaters both at the top and the bottom. Each heater can independently set 5 segments rising temperature and 5 segments cooling, to heat the PCB board from upper and bottom at the same time, to avoid PCB from deformation, to improve heating rate. 
l Automatic desoldering equipment: 
1. Heating and removing 2 in 1 design, it is of automatic desoldering function. 
2. Adopt top heater and bottom heater design. The top nozzle adopts dual-channel and direct-injection. The infrared heats the heating area directly, along with the hot air. This can make up the disadvantages for each other, make PCB heated fast (heating rate of *0°C/S ), while the temperature maintain a uniform. The bottom heater adopts large-area infrared and hot air heater. Heating material is carbon fiber, long time of usage. 
3. There are no support devices on the bottom. Cylinder drives up and down. 
4. X/Y/Z axis controlled by servo control system and precision screw, fasting moving and precise positioning. 
5. The chip will recover to a specified location automatically after desoldering.
l The entire line adopts industrial computer and PLC control, can display real-time temperature curve, can show the setting temperature curve and testing curve together, can analyze the curves, can save large groups of curves.
l Automatic loading plate machine is optional.
