The worktable of the notching machine is made of the carbon steel, the hardness is HRC*0 after quenching to less wastage and its working surface can change to prolong the service life.
The machine adopts 4KW motor to notch and installation six sword cutting knife, the Max. notching depth up to 1.2mm, it is five times for the traditional type efficiency.
The machine use the pneumatic clamping to press the work piece, the machining allowance and working speed of tools is controlled by PLC. The moving of tools adopt transducer controlling, it is easy to operation and get high positioning accuracy.
