Product Description

Gari is dry, crispy, creamy-white and granular. It is made from cassava roots that have been crushed into a mash, fermented and sieved into small pieces (known as grits). It grits are then roasted or fried to make the final crispy product. Garri is traditionally eaten as a porridge, by mixing the powder with water and adding milk or sugar to taste. It can also be eaten as dough by dipping it in soup or stew.
