BEER BOTTLE WASHER PROFILE

This machine absorbs from international advanced technology of the bottle washer of similar production and has the advanced structure of ****0bph*****0BPH bottle washer .It is designed and developed specially for the customers in China, up to the advanced international level in ***0’s.

The pockets are of all-steel ones punched by carbon steel and the mouths of pockets adopt engineering plastics bushings. It adopts PLC control, VVV/F speed adjusting, CNC temperature control and automatic protective system. The temperature and liquid level can be controlled automatically. It has the features of reasonable structure, high automation, big capacity, low consumption and good washing effect.

FEATURES

1. The bottle washer is double-end type, with bottle infeed and discharge at each end. Bottle discharge section can be enclosed inside the filling room, which can realize dirty and clean in separate end, to reduce ollution on cleaned bottles.
2. Main drive adopts SEW product modulated with frequency conversion. Multiple safe overload protection devices are equipped to ensure production safe and reliable.
3. For high speed bottle washer, four, five or six caustic soaking compartments with sufficient caustic soaking time, three label extractores, and multi-rotary (or reciprocating) sprinkings ensure washed bottles in accordance with sanitary standard. Smooth bottle infeed and discharge by means of proper design.
4. Bottle carriers are welded and very firm, and steel pockets with plastic inserts for protection of mouth and centering of bottle.
5. The caustic solution concentration is able to pre-set in each compartment as per customer requirements, and auto caustic dosing system is equipped.
