Auto Size Measure Machine

The auto size measure machine can measure the length, the width ,the thickness of the glass in one time, write in the data and share with the double edging machine, the double edging machine will adjust the width in advance, with this, this production line will process 4 different size of glasses in one minutes or 8 same glasses, theres no need to measure and type the size by user.

Auto compensation

The user is no need to manual the polishing wheel every day, the machine can auto compensation itself by using the air cylinder.

Tolerance Control

The machine will adjust the glass four times to make sure the parallel tolerance ≤ 0.2mm/m, diagonal tolerance ≤ 0.5mm/m, chamfer tolerance≤ 0.2mm/m.

Auto Alarm Changing Wheels

Theres a function that will remind user to change the polishing wheel, so that It can avoid breaking the glass.

Center bracket

The center bracket which support the big size glass, it moves according to the size of the glass, and it can also up and down automatically, not just moving left and right.

Emergency Stop

Usually, we use horizontal type instruction for the motor, but the first grinding wheel need more ability, so we use vertical type instruction, and we use servo motor to in case the wheel has groove.
