WE PRODUCE THREE HEATING

CYCLE” HOT AIR BLOWER FORCED CONVECTION TOP/BOTTOM FURNACE.
FEATURE:
1. We
use IPC+PLC for the whole control system. IPC control the
temperature and display on the screen.PLC control the movement and
logical. IPC is from EVOC Taiwan. PLC is from Siemens S7 series.
So, our furnace could control temperature more quickly and steady
as the IPC’s runing speed is more quick then PLC.(some company use
PLC to control the temperature)
2. We
design and make a special triggle board for control the SSR. It
could save energy and point setting each heating element. The
elements are distrbuted like trix type. There are *8 control points
on the top and *0 control points on the bottom for A***6
model.
3. For
the flat quenching, we use aluminum nozzle and precise holes on it.
It cuold ensure the best optical quality during tempering. Not only
the quenching distance could be adjusted, the balance of upper and
lower tempering pressure also could be adjusted via the valve
inside air box.
4. The
blower is controlled by inverter automatically according the
different kinds of glass.
5. The
compressed air on the top could ensure the evenly of temperature
and transit the heat to glass directly and high efficiently. So,
the flatness of glass is best and It could temper soft Low-e glass
flexible.(e>=0.*3)
6. All
are on-line control. The best and important heating profile can be
ensured inside furnace.
