Our enterprise manufacturers glass yarns with linear density from 3,4 to **0 tex with fiber diameter from 4 to *3 mkm. Glass yarns are used in production of fabrics, tapes and meshes of different applications (electric insulation, building, construction); as electric insulation winding of wires and cables, starters and transformers, reinforcing filler of construction materials, glass tissue, in the form of cords and stockings. Depending upon the application glass yarns are made on different types of sizing in order to provide the best consumer and technological properties in their further processing. Type of sizing, linear density, yarn structure (number of plies, twist value) can be chosen based on customer’s requirements.

For production of glass reinforced plastic articles by winding method, production of press materials, weaving the enterprise also manufactures direct yarns (zero twist yarns).

Depending upon the field of application E-glass chopped fiber is manufactured in different filament diameter, different length, on different types of sizing agreed at the customer’s requirement. The main directions of chopped fiber applications are: production of non-woven construction felts of different application, production of glass paper, glass veils, glass tissue; filling in polymer materials, gypsum, friction parts; production of press materials.
