Goji berries are awesome in everything you might put raisins in only they add an extra zip!! They are healthier, have less calories and a lower glycemic index than raisins and taste great in everything that has cacao! My favorite uses are goji berries with pumpkin seeds as a snack or in a homemade cacao, oatmeal goji "granola" bar. The Hidalgo brand is nice and chewy and not sticky!!!

I attribute the improvement of my eyesight to goji berries. My eyesight started going bad a few months ago and i started to wear glasses. I ready about goji berries and i decided to give it a shot. They're so tasty and fun to munch on, i forgot they're supposed to be good for me. And then, i went to the doctor recently for a check up and she said i don't need my glasses anymore. Can't help but think it's the goji berries since it's the only thing i've done differently other than getting the glasses - which aren't supposed to cure my eyes.

Your Goji berries are an interesting food. The flavor is unique, and the quality seems good. I've only had them for a couple days, so am unsure of any obvious health benefits, but looking forward to finding out.
