We have legally authorized Mandate  to secure buyers/Traders/Resellers end-users of Gold Dore Bars/Dusts and Rough Diamonds, and to secure  strategic  partners involved in  the  commodity  trading  and  mining  business. Our  the authority and mandate cover trading with potential and interested customers worldwide.
Our  Mandate  will  also  where  Possible  source  for  and  secure  New Supply  Contracts  and  General  Merchandise  opportunities  for  Bi-Lateral  Trade, handle the negotiation of Offer and/or Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) or Full Corporate Offer (FCO) from potential Buyer or End-User or Buyers appointed Agent or Mandate, including preliminary-negotiation of terms of payment, logistical handlings and shipping arrangement, due-diligence, contract formulation, NCND and IMPF agreement, dispute resolutions and vendor relations.
In all transactions all parties from buyer, respective  mandates and  the End Seller Mining Refinery shall be actively involved in all trading protocols for due diligence , best practices and transparency.

1.1      Shipment & Inspection:
The total quantity that has been delivered in FREETOWNis **0 CARATS of ROUGH DIAMONDS as per what will be agreed between the two parties. Delivery will be under tight supervision of the Security Company where the cargo is held; they will monitor and ensure safe delivery of the cargo accordingly.
 
1.2      Delivery Acceptance of Consignment: Payment Terms
Upon delivery of the consignment AND ACTUAL INSPECTION OF THE STONES BY BUYER OR REP AND GEMMOLOGISTS payment shall be effected by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) within *8 hours after satisfactory tests done to the full invoice value in-tandem with the respective quantity
 
1.3      Documents Required:
The Seller undertakes to deliver the following documentations to the Buyer:-

1. Duly signed Commercial Invoice- 1 Original and 3 Copies clearly stating that the total amount for the goods to be paid based on the final assay done by a refinery of the buyers choice.
2. Original Airway Bill on the Buyers name (IN CASE OF AIR FREIGHT USE BY SHIPPING COMPANY)
3. KIMBERLY PROCESS CERTIFICATE
4. Export Authorization /Permit
5. Certificate of Origin if applicable
6. Certificate of Analysis if applicable
