GOLD SPECIFICATIONS:
 
SERVICE: The tranches can be delivered weekly, biweekly or monthly.
PRICE: As fixing (LMBA) London minus 6% discount.
The buyer or his legal representative will send the LOI (letter of intention) attaching his passport, for us to send the Agreement (SPA) once we get this documents, where all the terms of the trading operation will be exposed and specified. The Buyer will also have the opportunity to supervise the gold bars or any other documents or conditions with the owner of the goods.
Ownership Transfer: the ownership of the goods would be effective to the buyer as in quantity as also in quality through the refinerys report after having paid the total amount of the gold.
BANK GUARANTY: The buyer will emit the financial instrument agreed with the seller (Letter of Credit, SBLC, DLC, etc.) through MT **6, as agreement. The merchant offered in this document is for sale and the origin of the funds that will be used for the trade are not connected to any illegal or criminal activity and doesnt infringe any of the following laws:
