Terms/Procedure;
- Buyers and Sellers enter into this sales and purchase agreement and accordance
- Sellers prepare all logistics document for the shippment of the trial other quantity (*0 Kgs)
- Sellers present to buyers a proof of the existence of the gold with writen note of the buyers name and date on it.
- Sellers pressent to buyers a draft contract of the escrow agreement from one of the biggest and well known law firms in spain.
- Buyers sign the Escrow agreement as confirmation to the terms stipulated on it.
- Sellers provide to buyers official invoice based on the first trial shipment,
- Buyers makes the transfer to the legal lawfirms escrow account.
- Sellers upon recieving proof of the escrow, Shall now immidiately commence the logisticts process of the goods.
- Once goods arrive final destination, Buyers shall then authorise the escrow agents law firm to release funds immidiately into sellers bank acount.
