dust/bar with cash payment from ****0kgs then above that buyer will
only pay for the export taxes
directly to the Government nominated export Shiping Company in charge
while the final payment will take effect after the final assay report
in buyers refinery.

Here we make it very clear that, final payment should be after the
material has been
refined at the buyer's destination of choice, also exportation taxes
the buyer paid in Mali, deducted from the purchasing price by the time
of final payment. Buyer must take note that the final payment to our
Rep will not pass more than two three business working days for our
Rep to fly down in Mali, for an other engagement.
