In this course, Dawn Grant will provide 2 Months of Weekly Virtual Classes which includes 8 Classes, each running between 1 to 1 1/2 hours each. The program series is taught by Video Recording of Dawns Training Instruction, with accompanying Slide Presentation. It is recommended that you view 1 class a week while practicing the suggested Homework between classes. You can do this program from the luxury of your living room or office, and at your convenience.
