We offer you to consider proposition of buying grain terminal for storage and transshipment of grain and oil-bearing crops, which is located on southeast industrial zone of Kherson, Ukraine, on the riverside of Koshevaya River (tributary of Dniper). The terminal is expected on reception from railway and motor transport, drying and clearing of job lots of grain with their subsequent shipment on a sailing charter. The terminal allows making transfer of grain crops on sea-crafts with use of river transport (board-board) on spot-check of the Kherson Sea trading port. The total area of territory of the grain complex consisting of two sites, makes 6, *1 hectare: The first stage of the grain terminal is located on the ground area by the area of 1, 7 hectares (property), The second turn - on the rented ground area the area of 5, *1 hectares. Loading of river crafts on the terminal is carried out at own mooring in length of *6 m that allows to make loading of one vessel by load-carrying capacity to ***0 tons with the subsequent overload on spot-check.
