Product Description

Introduction
Raw material for production are packed in a moveable container and sent to the high-shear mixed granulator by a lifter or a vacuum feeder.
Binders are added to the mixed granulator by a spray gun.
After granulation, the material flows through the discharge system to the wet mill installed on the wet granulation.
The material is pumped into the fluidized bed by gravity and the negative pressure of the fluidized bed.
After drying, the particles are transferred to the dry mill by lifting or high-power vacuum discharging machine.
Finally, particles are ready for mixture, tableting or split charging.
The whole process is finished in one container without powder, rapidly and efficiently. Wet granulate machine, fluid bed processor and mill are all equipped with WIP system.
