ATQJ series submersible pump

Application

It is suitable for farm irrigation, sprinkling, rainwater recyclingsystem, mining drainage, emergency rescue and disaster relief, urbanwater supply, enterprise and government institutions water lifting. This products is low noise, high efficiency and energy saving.

Medium Range

7. The full set must besubmerged into water absolutely.

Motor parameter and service condition

1. The motor must be submerged into water in vertical from with a depth no more than 70m andthe lower distance to the bottom of the well is no less than 5m.

2. The motor will operate continuously and is not suitable for frequently start. The soft-start mode is preferred and then reduced-voltage starting. The staring time should be controlled between 60-180s according to the head and pipe length. The soft-stop mode is also preferred.

3. If it is used in special circumstances, such as mining rescue, the submerged depth could be extended appropriately, then it must be put on records, or else it will not be within the warranty period.

Installation From

The normal installation form is vertical. If the actual condition doesnt allow the vertical form, you can contact the manufacturer to choose the motor of horizontal installation form, however, its service life will be less 40% than that of vertical installation form.

Material

Delivery casing: non-corrosive medium: cast iron HT200; mildly corrosive medium: anticorrosive coating, chemical treatment; moderately corrosive medium: stainless steel 304; strongly corrosive medium: stainless steel 316, stainless steel 316L, tin bronze 3861.

Shaft: choose the material according to the medium. Non-corrosive medium:45# Cold-drawn steel with chrome plating shaft; moderately corrosive medium: 2Cr13, 3Cr13; strongly corrosive medium: duplex stainless steel.

Bushing: it is technological secret.

Packing

If the customer has no special requirement, we generally pack the products with wooden cases. The pump and motor are packed in one case if the total length of the full set is less than 3.2m. Contrarily, the pump and motor are respectively packed.
