Product Description

The GE*5 is a medium production, safe and economical concrete and refractory placement equipment. It works on the principle of dry conveying with water added in the spraying nozzle at the end of the hose.
Dry or damp material is placed into the hopper where it feeds into the pockets of the rotor.  The rotor is driven by a set of heavy duty spur gears located underneath the machine which made it most compact design.  When the rotor rotates, loaded pockets pass under a sealing rubber pad.  Compressed air blown into the inlet port whcih passes through the pockets of the rotor to the outlet neck carrying material into the material hose. 
GE*5 si most suitable for spraying concrete and refractory castable in hillside protection, tunnel  and furnace wall.
