The Segmented Rectangular Tube Welded Bed

Side Wall of basic frame: Precisely welded by 12mm thick solid steel pipes
Inside the wall every small distance will be welded with stiffeners, and opening both inside and outside the wall will strengthen the embedded welding sheet metal into the machine tool to make more solid, and easy to detect whether there is a void welding, leakage welding. Machine bed lifespan is more than 20 years without deformation.
Using 200X300 quadrangle to connect two sides of the wall, and using the same embedded welding process to penetrate through inside of the wall to reach outside of wall for welding, meanwhile, a double-sided precision welding is processed in the interior wall to ensure the unity of the basement
