HAA Hardener KC**2 is a tetra-functional group containing-β-hydroxyalkylamide. As a substitute of TGIC, it is suitable for curing with carboxyl-terminated polyester or acrylic resin to provide TGIC-free based exterior durable powder coatings.

2.Characteristics

-Non-toxic in comparison with TGIC, the resulting TGIC-free based exterior durable powder coatings were non-toxic, non-irritant to skin and safety to human body.

-Proved weather-resistance and low temperature curing (**0°C) property.

-Exhibited enhanced charging properties so better powder transfer efficiency could be obtained.

-Excellent flow and mechanical properties

3.Suggested Formulation

Recommended to design formulation by weight parts of *5/5(resin with KC1**2) for pure polyester 

*Baking condition: **0°C /*5 Min. or **0°C /***0 Min.

Extruded condition：**0 ***0°C

5.Storage and handling

Store it in the cool and dry place and close packages after use to avoid moisture
