Production Process:

1. Material Preparation: 1.Raw Material(hot rolled steel in sheet or roll) 

Preparation Stage：

Different Steel Wheels normally requires the steels to be in different 

thicknesses,and too thick steel(basically more than 5mm) will be hard to be 

rolled, so the thick steels will need to be in sheets rather than rolls, accordingly 

the steel less than 5mm are in rolls.

>A. The steel in sheet is cut into small pieces by Hydraulic Shearing Machine.

>B. The steel in roll has to be cut into small rolls because they are too wide,We 

are using Jiangsu Wuxi Jianfa Machinery Co., Ltds Uncoiling-Slitting-Recoiling 

Lineto achieve this.

Then the small rolls of sheet are used to be cut into rectangular small pieces of 

sheet  by different pressing machines,We are using YADONJH*****0(Nominal 

Pressuring **0KN)to cut the steel which is less than 3mm while more than 3mm 

will have to use YADON JH*****0with nominal Pressure of ***0KN.

After the above steps,some of the rectangular sheet are used to make the 

wheel rims and others for the spoke. The rims are to be made through Coiling

-Welding-Roll Forming,and the spokes are cool pressed after the sheets being 

punched into small discs.  

2.When the raw material preparation finished,it comes the specific and 

respective production processes:

Packaging and Shipping:

1. All the wheels are stacked on the pallets,and wrapped by the belt and plastic 

materials(wooden or steel pallets),The qty for each skid depends on the sizes 

of wheels 

2. Use carton or case( Place the cardboard in each layer to avoid the scraches 

)

3) Use plastic wrapping materials to warp and band the skids tightly ,Safty -

better wheel security. 

4) All the wheel are DOT certificated.
