The average value of the moisture content for the whole quantity shall be between ****0 per cent weight and may not exceed *5 cent weight in each individual delivery. The average value of ash content for the whole quantity shall be below 6 per cent of the dry substance (DB) and may not be higher than 8 per cent of weight in each specific delivery. The Sellers liability for damages, except in cases of deliberate acting, (including consequential loss, loss of profit, etc.) is limited to the price of the delivered Goods.
