Mycoplasma gallisepticum and M.synoviae

Infectious Bronchitis

Infectious bursal disease

Avian leucosis

Reticuloendotheliosis

Avian Reo virus infections

Avian Encephalomyelitis

Swollen Head Syndrome

Marek’s disease

Chicken anemia

Avian influenza

Avian tuberculosis

Fowl Pox

Fowl cholera

Infectious Coryza

For a period of six months prior to the date of the sale of Broiler chicken hatching eggs .

3) The farm of origin has a regular monitoring program based on serology or antigen testing against

S.gallinarum (fowl typhoid) and S.pullorum

Mycoplasma gallisepticum and M.synoviae

and found free for a period of six months prior to the sale of Broiler chicken hatching eggs .

4) The Parent chicks from whose eggs these originated have been subjected to a routine vaccination program against Marek’s disease, Newcastle disease, Infectious Bronchitis, Infectious Bursal disease, Avian Encephalomyelitis, Fowl Pox, Avian Reo virus infection, Chicken anemia virus, Salmonella Typhymurium and Salmonella Enteritidis.

5) The Broiler chicken hatching eggs originate from Parent flocks, which are serologically free from S.gallinarum (fowl typhoid), S.pullorum, M. gallisepticum and M. synoviae and avian leucosis.
