Product Introduction
HB polymer cement waterproof mortar (JF*1) is made of the special high-performance synthetic latex mixed with several additives, a certain proportion of cement and sand. This product features excellent anti-permeability, bond behavior, and crack resistance and aging resistance and other functions. This product meets requirements of HJ********- a standard of national environmental protection industry.

Purpose
This series product is applied to the waterproofing materials in industrial and civil building projects, such as waterproof, anti-leakage, moistureproof and other works of roofs, kitchens and baths, external walls, basement, tunnels, culverts, pools and other buildings, and also applied to the decoration and maintenance of new and old buildings and historic buildings.

a: Setting time can be adjusted according to the needs of customers and seasonal variation.

Methods of Application
1. Treatment of Base Course: The substrate surface should be smooth, solid and free from honeycomb, pits, dust and greasy dirt, with internal/external corners in arc-shaped; the cracks and hollows on the surface should be repaired with the product in advance.
2. The base surface should be fully wet but free from water before construction.
3. The waterproof mortar should be prepared with the JF*1 glue solution, cement and sand at the weight ratio of 1:2:4 and then mixed well.
4. Construction: Plaster the mixed HB polymer waterproof mortar; after the surface of the coating is dry (the surface is not sticky when touching), namely about 2~3h later, another layer of the coating can be done and then compressed and troweled so that the thickness reaches the waterproof design requirement. After the last layer of coating, it should be subject to wet curing for *8h.
5. Dosage: 2.0~2.5kg/m2.

Precautions
1. P.O*2.5 Common portland cement is used.
2. The product should be stored in the shade place with the storage period of *2 months.
