Complete pre-fabricated manifold chamber made from polyethylene for joining brine circuits and ground-source units.
The fully-assembled manifold is integrated into the manifold chamber. The manifold has a ball valve DN *2 or DN*0, by requirement, for each connection in the flow segment as a cut-off device and a flowmeter which can be adjusted and cut off or also a ball valve in the return segment. The upper outlet with female thread of 1 inch which is already installed on the top of the manifold aids optimum filling, rinsing and ventilation.
Pipe sockets feed from the chamber for the fluid circuit connections and the header pipe connections which are welded tightly to the chamber wall.
The manifold chamber has a seal in the cover. The manifold is pressure tested in the factory; the manifold chamber is tested in the factory for leak-tightness. The cover of the manifold chamber can be locked by request.
